He owned his own estate agency and has shown a passion for property since then. He joined Barnet Group in 2013 and still loves the job as much as when he started.

With over 25 year's experience in the Property and Lettings industry Hiten has joined the Bumblebee & Let2Barnet team as a Property & Procurement Manager. Having grown up locally in Wembley and Harrow he has acquired a wide knowledge of North West London's Lettings Market. He prides himself in providing an honest, professional approach, giving strong accurate advice when needed and ensuring to always work within the clients best interests.

Samiya is a Business Management Graduate who decided to take on a new venture with the private sector through Bumblebee from working previously within the sales industry. She has bought her diverse skills from her previous role retailing offices to corporate business clients. Samiya is an industrious individual who endeavours to accomplish the greatest result for the team. She is extremely involved in setting up Bumblebee lettings and lease schemes. Her critical mind and advanced knowledge is an asset to Bumblebee and team.

James has two decades of experience in helping clients let their properties. He really enjoys the variety each day holds and relishes the challenges of his chosen career. Since joining Bumblebee team, James has demonstrated exceptional customer service and a great knowledge of the lettings market.

Shrddha is an extremely determined individual with an impressive work ethic and compassionate nature. She is an important member of the team who has transported her versatile skills set from a background studying nursing and law. She is an integral and proficient lettings officer who is an expert in Private Sector Leasing, her flexible personality and systematic approach enables her to take adapt to any situation. Her caring personality enhances our team and she is recognised for her love of food and family.

Bhumesh comes from a property background where he displays expertise in the lettings market, especially in London. Having worked in extremely busy environments with a high turnover of letting properties, Bhumesh’s experience shines through. His specialty is achieving the best possible price based on the market value for both landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied. Landlords have really appreciated his work.

Lurena has a degree in International Business and HR and has previously worked as an Immigration and Welfare Adviser. Lurena decided to take on a different challenge and entered the property world She is bi-lingual and an important asset to the organisation and the property management team. Lurena joined the Bumblebee Team in 2016 as a lettings Officer and has since progressed to become a Property management officer in 2019. Lurena is a popular member of the team and is an expert on our Lease schemes and property management, as many of our Landlords and tenants would vouch for. She does all this while raising a family.

Anthoulla ensures that the correct client is placed into a suitable and affordable property and monitors both tenants and landlords closely with the best possible customer service available to all.

Martin has more than 20 years’ experience in property from working with housebuilders and estate agencies in development, social housing, property purchases and sales. He has extensive knowledge of market conditions across Barnet and the surrounding areas. He joined Barnet Homes in September 2014 and has been applying outstanding contributions to the team time and time again.

I am very passionate when it comes to ensuring I have assisted those in need of housing. I enjoy negotiating with landlords and agents in procuring properties. To ensure trust, I make sure I am responsive to clients. I am an efficient and hardworking individual and this was demonstrated through being a top negotiator for five years running.
